Since this Term's topic was about Food and Cultural differences, Ruma 1 cooked a different recipe from all around the world each week.
It was a fun way to do math. We learnt how to convert ingredients proportions, talked about ratio and fractions as well as measuring capacity.
Group 1 : Louis G, Emmanuel, Tristan, Nina and Pauline cooking spring rolls with Delphy and Frederique
We had Frederique Abbot (Molly's mum) 's wonderful help, and cooked some fantastic meals : spring rolls from Vietnam, tortillas from Mexico, and pastries from Portugal. Unfortunately we don't have any pictures of our Portuguese cooks but they were awesome.
